• Scrap: Construction steel price dropped, putting a lot of pressure on scrap price, pressure to reduce labor plus weak purchasing power, putting pressure on scrap price.

• HRC sheet: The new offer price of imported HRC decreased along with weak domestic purchasing power, leading to increased pressure on domestic price adjustment.
